Aikido is cancelled for October 26 ....but will resume November 2

Upcoming aikido ...

On November 18-19 there is a weekend of aikido scheduled at Bishop Field. Saturday morning (19th) there will be a children's class at 9:20 for one hour. Feel free to come by for others to watch or take part!

October Classes at BF.

Classes continue at BF tomorrow wednesday .... the group that are practising for a 2nd year is really helping the new students! .. basics are easier to practise when several around you know what to do! Just help each other !
Students - come to gym after school. You can help put mats down and get ready for practise. Class finishes at 4 but then a few minutes are needed to put mats away.

September 28 class at Bishop Field

Another good large class. Practised basic moves- how to fall safely, hamni positions, irimi movement. All good!
