Successful fall so far ....

First couple months weekly classes going great. Students learning lots . The fall classes will finish on December 12...2018.  Christmas break. Then we will start up again in 2019 ...of course.

Summertime 2018

Summer time aikido is more laid back in nl ...but there's opportunities to visit and practise in other dojos if you travel. Aikido, like anything, can be constructive and helpful. Look carefully at it's origins. Practise regularly. And be open to growth.
