Yesterday was another milestone for East End Aikido NL: we now have three 6th kyu ranks, USAF standards. Despite Covid, we became members of the USAF and forged ahead planning adult and kids classes. It's been challenging as Covid context affects our numbers and practise routine. But we are navigating the tumultuous waters.
